Location!Staff were incredbly hospitable and accomodating. Wi-Fi had a strong signal. Reception provided a converter to charge my phone (110W). Tea at the lobby was nice. Staff member escorted us from the cab to Q-inn as a car could not get directly.

Internet was fine, but cut out from time to time. Was not a huge problem.

It is just a few metres from the elevator that takes you to Marmaray. You can use it to go to Üskudar and eat exceptional food at 3x lower than the prices around Eminönu. The breakfast at the hotel was decent with enough options and fresh food.

The facility may need to start repairing some of the stuff, for ex. in one of the rooms the hairdryer was not working, whereas in another room the electricity worked without the need of the key (not a problem for us though).

The first room was not good, seemed old and dirty and my friend asked to change it. The second room was better ! The breakfast missed some good stuff!

The location of the hotel is perfect and it is clean. The breakfast was ok. A lot of varietes. I would imrpove coffee or add turkish one I asked for a Turkish coffee for breakfast but they said they dont have.

However, the beds are short. I am 192cm and I couldn't fit properly (maybe they could be wider as well). There is constant nosie from the outside from some fan (maybe other building) so the window should be closed if you want peace. Cleaning service was a bit ununiform. One day they bring 2 towels and one piece of toilette paper, other day they bring 4 and 2 roles.of paper etc.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to important tram stops, Sirkeci Train Station and near to Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. And it is not right on the main street which is quite busy, so you don't hear the noise from it very much. The breakfast is rich and varied enough every day, and the staff is extremely kind and responsive.

Sometimes there was noise from neighboring rooms and the street.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again it was a wonderful experience. The staff are very nice and welcoming, especially Mr. Ibrahim who was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent—close to everything you might need, with a metro station just a few steps away. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast could be improved, as the current selection is quite limited. Adding more variety and options would make it much more enjoyable and better suited to different tastes.

The hotel was in a great location.

The hotel owner was very rude he refused to arrange a transfer back to the airport, he lied and told us that the roads were closed and told us to get the Metro. We were also let down on our pre arranged transfer to the hotel on our arrival, we had to get a taxi. Very disappointing service.

Breakfast was very good with many options, location is ideal near the ferry, metro station and walks by the water.

Everything about the building structure, maintenance, plumbing, cleaning was a disappointment. Lots of broken things in the room which would have been easily fixed but for some reason are just left like that.

Amazing location with access to the trams 20m and trains 100m from the door, staff were awesome and the restaurant attached/ affiliated with the hotel is amazing. Bathrooms are very small though.

Location is very good. Proximity to all the important sights. Nice restaurant and shopping streets all around. Breakfast is ok, for short stay.

The rooms and hotel are a bit dated and would benefit from some renovation, especially in the bathrooms, cupboards, and windows.

Location is top. Having a restaurant in the building is also very handy.

Rooms are smaller than pictures. The ladies cleaning the floors could do a better job.

The location was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet street, so there was not much noise, and we felt very safe. The restaurant was excellent. It had a good choice in the mornings, and in the evenings, the choice and meal quality were wonderful.

The room was comfortable and clean. The only downside for us was the smell of smoke, and while we got used to it, we would have preferred it was a little fresher. Our clothes ended up also smelling of it too.

A charming hotel in a good location-close to many of the historic sites of Istanbul and 2 tram stops. Breakfast in the morning was really wonderful. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms have not been refurbished in a very long time. My room had peeling wallpaper and spots of mold in the shower. Thin walls, you can hear everything inside and outside all night.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect, close to all the main attractions. The room was comfortable, the staff was polite. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute blessing! The location was perfect and super convenient for everything I needed. The staff were the nicest and most helpful people—always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

location is very good, room is cleaned everyday, but the breakfast is not feel so good because there are no omellete and fried egg which I like most , haha
